Deliveries arrive, drums are placed wherever space is left, and safety data sheets stay in a binder that nobody opens. Incompatibilities between products are discovered when vapours are released or a container leaks. Operators follow instructions they have never connected to the hazard pictograms.

This short programme links the rules to everyday practice. It covers reading labels and safety data sheets, the checks to perform on receipt, the rules for separating incompatible products, the layout of storage rooms and bunded areas, and the correct response to a spillage.

Teaching methods

Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.

One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
