Description
SME Sustainability Reporting: Framing the Scope, Collecting Data and Publishing
One day to answer the ESG information requests of clients, banks and insurers with a framework suited to smaller companies
- 1 day — 7 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Questionnaires arrive from a major client, from the bank, sometimes from the insurer. Each one has its own format and its own indicators. The company rebuilds its answers under pressure, chasing figures scattered between payroll, utility invoices and the memory of the maintenance supervisor. From one year to the next, nothing is comparable.
This 7-hour programme uses a voluntary, internationally recognised sustainability reporting approach for smaller companies to give the business a single consistent framework. Participants choose the level of reporting suited to their partners, select the indicators to document, organise data collection across departments and draft a report that is consistent with the financial accounts.
Learning objectives
- Position voluntary SME sustainability reporting among the ESG information requests addressed to smaller companies
- Choose the level of reporting suited to the expectations of your partners
- Identify the environmental, social and governance indicators to be documented
- Organise data collection across the departments concerned
- Draft a report that is clear and consistent with the company accounts
