Description

Training Delivery Level 1: Establishing Presence, Pace and Participation

Two days focused purely on delivery, for trainers who already have their programme in hand

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

A solid programme does not guarantee a successful training day. Everything is decided in the room: the opening minutes, the pace, the way you occupy the space and your ability to put the group to work rather than watch it listen. Many new trainers know their content well yet lose attention by the middle of the morning.

These 14 hours are not about design but solely about delivery. Participants work on opening a session, on voice, eye contact, movement, alternating methods and the techniques that get a group involved. Each person delivers several times in front of the others and progresses through precise, targeted feedback.

Learning objectives

  • Open a session and establish the working framework
  • Use voice, eye contact and movement to support delivery
  • Alternate methods to sustain attention across a full day
  • Apply participation techniques suited to the size of the group
  • Check the group's understanding during a sequence

What makes this programme different

Several filmed practice rounds per participant, each analysed on one delivery point at a time
Focused work on the first twenty minutes of a session, repeated until fully mastered
A delivery observation grid used by the group and taken away by each participant
