Description
Wealth Management: Diagnosing, Structuring and Optimising Client Strategies
Optimising wealth means aligning legal, tax and financial dimensions rather than setting them against one another
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
Wealth advisory rarely suffers from a shortage of solutions; the difficulty lies in how they fit together. A structure that looks attractive from a tax standpoint may weaken succession planning or lock up the liquidity the client will eventually need. Recommendations then remain stacked product by product, with no overall strategy the client can read.
These two days focus on building coherent wealth strategies. You revisit the full diagnostic, then the trade-offs between direct ownership and structured holding, together with succession preparation and the drafting of a formal written recommendation.
Learning objectives
- Conduct a wealth diagnostic covering legal, tax and financial dimensions
- Prioritise client objectives and identify contradictions between them
- Compare the available ownership structures for a wealth asset
- Build a succession strategy suited to the family situation
- Produce a reasoned written recommendation
