Description
AI and Industry 4.0: Understanding Use Cases, Positioning Tools and Framing Risks
Two days to form a clear and grounded view of what AI genuinely changes inside organisations
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Between vendor announcements and what is actually observed in the field, the gap is hard to measure. Teams hear about automation, predictive maintenance and copilots without knowing what remains a prototype, what already works and what it requires in terms of data and skills.
These 14 hours give solid reference points to a non-technical audience. Participants learn to distinguish the main families of techniques, recognise mature use cases in industry and services, identify the associated limits and risks, then pinpoint the first realistic initiatives within their own organisation.
Learning objectives
- Distinguish the main families of artificial intelligence techniques
- Recognise mature use cases in industry and in services
- Identify the limits and risks associated with a given use case
- Position the information and transparency expectations towards teams
- Identify the first realistic initiatives within your organisation
