Description

AI and Communication: Preparing Messages, Adapting Formats and Reviewing Content

Three and a half hours to prepare, review and adapt your communications with AI support

  • 0.5 days — 3.5 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Communication teams absorb requests from every direction: an internal memo, a press statement, a social media post and the review of a speech. Each format calls for its own tone and structure, and time pressure often leads to reusing the same text everywhere. The result dilutes the message and erodes consistency over time.

This short 3.5-hour format is built around a single message to be adapted. Participants clarify their intent and audience, tailor their text to each format, use AI to review and shorten content, then prepare talking points for a sensitive situation.

Learning objectives

  • Clarify the message and target audience before any writing begins
  • Adapt a single message across several communication formats
  • Use AI to review, shorten and rephrase a text
  • Prepare talking points for a sensitive situation
