Applications within the information system exchange data through methods accumulated over time. An overnight export here, an integration billed by an external provider there. Nobody is certain which application holds the reference data, rejected records are handled by no one, and every new exchange requirement reopens the same debate.

This short-format programme provides clear architectural guidance. Participants learn how to choose between an API call, a batch process and a webhook-style event, how to read interface documentation, how to secure exchanges, and how to define the recovery and monitoring rules that make a data flow sustainable in production.

Teaching methods

Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
