Description

AI and Management: Framing Usage, Saving Time and Deciding Better

One day to understand what AI changes in a manager's daily work and to set clear rules of use

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Team members are already using conversational assistants without anything having been said. Managers come across documents drafted elsewhere and are unsure what to authorise. The promises heard at conferences bear little resemblance to the real work of supervision.

One day to move from discourse to practice. You identify the managerial tasks where the support is genuine and those where it is illusory. You write instructions that produce usable output and you check what is generated. Together with the group, you draft the rules of use and confidentiality principles you will present to your team.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the managerial tasks where a conversational assistant genuinely saves time
  • Write a precise instruction to obtain usable output
  • Check and correct generated content before using it
  • Define rules of use and confidentiality principles with your team
  • Support both reluctant team members and those already using these tools

What makes this programme different

Cases taken from a manager's daily work such as preparing a meeting or summarising minutes
Dedicated time on the data that must never be entered into an external tool
A first draft of team rules of use written during the day
