Description

Multi-Project Management: Setting Priorities, Levelling Resources and Meeting Milestones

Two days to stop chasing six projects at once and regain control of your schedule

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Running several projects in parallel is not simply doing project management several times over. The same people are called upon everywhere. Every sponsor considers their own project to be the priority. Days fill up with interruptions and substantive work slips back week after week.

These 14 hours are designed for professionals who personally carry a set of projects, rather than for enterprise portfolio governance. Participants build a single consolidated view of their commitments, identify resource conflicts and equip themselves with workable arbitration rules. A weekly review rhythm is put in place during the session.

Learning objectives

  • List all of your projects within a single readable view
  • Rank projects against explicit criteria of business stake and urgency
  • Identify resource conflicts before they block progress
  • Arbitrate a new request by making clear what it pushes back
  • Establish a common review rhythm across all your projects

What makes this programme different

Each participant builds their own multi-project dashboard during the session
Arbitration rules written down and tested on real competing requests
A personal workload plan measured against genuinely available time
