Description

Generative AI: Producing Written and Visual Content Responsibly

Save time on content production without losing the brand voice or control over risk

  • 3.14 days — 22 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Generative AI tools have entered teams without any shared framework: uniform copy that readers immediately recognise, visuals that sit outside brand guidelines, company data uploaded to public services, and contributions where nobody can say what came from the tool and what came from the author.

This 22-hour programme establishes professional practice: framing the requirement, assisted writing, visual production, responsible-use rules and integration into the existing production workflow. Exercises are based on participants' own content and lead to an internal usage charter.

Learning objectives

  • Write precise, iterative instructions to obtain usable content
  • Produce copy aligned with the brand voice and brand formats
  • Generate and refine visuals consistent with brand guidelines
  • Identify risks relating to data, rights and bias
  • Formalise usage rules that the team can apply

What makes this programme different

Instructions are built from the organisation's real content
Every output goes through a documented fact-checking step
The group leaves with a usage charter drafted during the session

Programme

1Framing the Requirement and Selecting the Tool

Knowing what you expect before you ask

  • Distinguish the tasks where assistance delivers a real gain
  • Compare tool families against intended uses
  • Prepare the context elements to be supplied to the tool
  • Set the expected level of human review

2Assisted Writing

Writing with the tool without writing like it

  • Build a structured instruction with role, context and format
  • Iterate to correct tone and length
  • Inject the brand voice through examples
  • Rewrite the generic passages produced by the tool

3Visual Content

Generating images that can be used in production

  • Write a precise visual brief covering framing and style
  • Obtain consistent variations for a single campaign
  • Retouch and recrop to comply with brand guidelines
  • Spot the flaws that disqualify an image

4Responsible Use

Setting the limits before the incident

  • Identify data that must never be submitted to an external tool
  • Understand rights issues relating to generated content
  • Spot bias and factual errors in an output
  • Inform the reader where use justifies disclosure

5Integration into the Production Workflow

Keeping pace without losing control

  • Position assisted steps within the production chain
  • Organise validation and traceability of content
  • Build a library of reusable instructions
  • Track time saved and perceived quality
