Description

Growth Hacking: Mapping Your Funnel, Testing Levers and Scaling What Works

Two days to embed a continuous testing approach and improve every stage of the funnel

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Acquisition initiatives pile up without anyone knowing which ones actually drive growth. Ideas are never in short supply, but they are launched with no protocol and no measurement. Results are debated in meetings without evidence, and the lessons learned are lost.

These 14 hours put a testing method in place. Participants map their funnel from acquisition through to retention, select a single guiding indicator, formulate and prioritise hypotheses, run short tests, then automate the validated levers and document what they have learned.

Learning objectives

  • Map your funnel from acquisition through to referral
  • Select a guiding indicator and its supporting measures
  • Formulate and prioritise growth hypotheses
  • Run a short test and interpret its results
  • Automate validated levers and document the lessons learned

What makes this programme different

A quantified funnel built on the participant's own data
A prioritised test backlog ready to launch by the end of the session
Examples of both successful and inconclusive tests analysed together
