Many organisations end up running three management systems side by side, each with its own life: three policies, three audit programmes, three management reviews and teams facing duplicated documentation requests. The requirements shared by the standards remain unused, even though they account for most of the content.

Two days to identify the common foundation across ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, then isolate what each standard genuinely adds. The approach leads to a single system: one shared documentation process, consistent objectives, an integrated audit programme and a single management review.

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
