The contractor arrives on the morning of the job, the prevention plan is signed in haste on a template copied from a previous site and the joint inspection amounts to a quick walk around the area. Risks arising from simultaneous operations are not identified, reception staff have no idea what is happening in the zone and the incidents that occur at the end of the job take everyone by surprise.

One day to rebuild the process from the start: respective duties of the host organisation and the contractor | preparing and conducting the joint site inspection | analysing risks arising from simultaneous operations | drafting the prevention plan and monitoring the work through to hand-back.

  • Communicate the content to the teams of both companies

Before the programme

Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
