Sustainability reporting is moving from voluntary practice to formal requirement for a growing number of organisations in the region, whether through listing rules, lender expectations or the demands of international clients. Management teams are confronted with new vocabulary: eligibility, alignment, double materiality, reporting standards. The data requested sits across several departments and ownership of the subject is rarely clear.

This three-hour virtual session provides a practical overview. Participants position the scope of application, test the eligibility of activities within their own organisation, draft a double materiality matrix and organise the collection of the data required.

Teaching methods

Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
