Description
HR Marketing: Segmenting Your Audiences, Delivering on Your Promise and Measuring Results
Two days to connect scattered initiatives to an employer promise that current employees recognise
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Intermediate
- Up to 6 participants
The organisation posts content on its social channels, attends career fairs and has refreshed its careers page. Applications remain scarce for hard-to-fill roles, and new joiners discover a daily reality far removed from the message. Initiatives pile up without anyone knowing which ones actually work.
These 14 hours focus on structuring an effort that is already under way. Participants segment their internal and external audiences, formalise a credible promise tested against lived reality, select channels according to the roles targeted, then put in place the indicators needed to stop what is not working.
Learning objectives
- Segment internal and external audiences according to the roles to be filled
- Formalise an employer promise that current employees can verify
- Select the channels suited to each segment and each budget
- Build an action plan phased over one year
- Measure the impact of initiatives and discontinue those producing no result
