Description

Psychosocial Risks: Spotting the Signals, Taking Action and Structuring Prevention

Moving beyond case-by-case handling to build a shared approach between management and employee representatives

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • All levels
  • Up to 6 participants

Situations of workplace distress are rarely reported in time. A sick leave that drags on, an alert raised by an employee representative, a team that is quietly falling apart: everyone then reacts under pressure. Management and employee representatives read the situation differently, and the discussion drifts towards personalities rather than towards the way work is organised.

Two days to establish a common language around psychosocial risks and to equip prevention: work-related factors, handling an alert, assessment methodology and the design of an action plan monitored over time.

Learning objectives

  • Distinguish psychosocial risks from individual stress and interpersonal conflict
  • Identify risk factors linked to the organisation of work
  • Gather an alert and qualify the level of urgency
  • Select monitoring indicators suited to your organisation
  • Conduct a collective assessment and integrate it into the risk register
  • Build a prevention action plan and ensure its follow-up

What makes this programme different

Management and employee representatives work on the same situations and compare their readings
An alert interview guide is tested and then refined in pairs
The action plan is drafted on a situation brought by the participants
