HSE Risk Prevention: Assessing, Planning and Steering Risk Control

On many sites, HSE prevention comes down to a risk assessment register updated once a year and instructions posted on a wall. Near-misses are never reported, contractors work on site without an up-to-date prevention plan, and environmental risks are handled separately from occupational risks.

These two days help you build a coherent HSE approach: hazard identification, risk assessment and rating, prioritisation of control measures, action plan and indicator tracking. Particular attention is given to the interfaces between health and safety and environmental risks, so that analysis is unified rather than spread across multiple registers.

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
