Description
OneNote — Digital Notebook: Structure Your Notes, Find Them Again and Share Them
Three hours to bring meeting notes, lists and documents together in a single space accessible from anywhere
- 0.43 days — 3 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Meeting notes live in a paper notebook, in messages sent to oneself and in a handful of vaguely named files. Two months later, nobody can find the decision that was taken or who was supposed to do what. Commitments made in the room are lost somewhere between the notebook and the inbox.
These 3 hours establish a single, shareable notes space. Participants build the structure of their notebook, create a reusable meeting page template, insert documents and action items, then retrieve information through search and tags before opening the space up to the team.
Learning objectives
- Structure a notebook into sections and pages
- Take meeting notes in a reusable format
- Insert documents, images and action items
- Retrieve information through search and tags
- Share a notebook and track the team's contributions
