Responding to a tender means reading a lengthy document pack, identifying the requirements that disqualify a bid outright, and writing quickly without losing precision. Teams reuse old paragraphs that no longer answer the question asked, and the evaluator notices.

This one-day programme shows where generative AI genuinely helps: analysing the tender pack, extracting requirements, building a response outline and rewriting existing paragraphs. Participants also put the essential controls in place, because no text produced by a tool should ever be submitted without human review.

Teaching methods

Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
