Description
Wellbeing at Work: Identify Your Resources, Take Action and Rediscover Purpose
Two days to identify what sustains your professional engagement and to act on your working conditions
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
You can hold a perfectly reasonable position and still feel flat in it, or sustain an intense pace without ever catching your breath. A sense of depletion often sets in without any single triggering event: the tasks that once brought satisfaction gradually disappear from daily work without anyone noticing.
This 14-hour programme starts from what genuinely sustains each person's engagement: the content of the work, the quality of working relationships, recognition and autonomy. Participants take stock of their resources, identify the activities that energise them, review how they organise their week and prepare the requests they intend to raise with their line management.
Learning objectives
- Identify the components of your work that sustain your engagement
- Pinpoint the activities that generate professional satisfaction
- Assess the quality of your working relationships and your expectations regarding recognition
- Reorganise your working week to protect your sources of energy
- Prepare a request for role development to present to your line manager
