Description

Personal Branding: Clarify Your Positioning, Gain Visibility and Build Your Network

Make your skills and real contribution visible without resorting to forced self-promotion

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Doing good work is not enough to be recognised. Many highly capable professionals remain invisible within their organisation: they are not considered for projects, their expertise is unknown beyond their own department and their network stops at the edge of their team. Talking about oneself is still perceived as boasting, and the issue never resolves itself.

Two days to define a clear professional positioning, learn to express it in a few sentences, select the channels where it will live and maintain a useful network over time. Each participant leaves with a message tested in front of the group and a dated visibility plan.

Learning objectives

  • Identify your distinctive skills and most significant achievements
  • Express a professional positioning in a few sentences
  • Adapt your self-presentation to the audience and the context
  • Select visibility channels consistent with your objective
  • Build and maintain an active professional network
