Description

Data Strategy: Building the Roadmap, Governing Data and Managing Value

Turning data into a deliberate decision-making lever rather than an accumulation of tools and dashboards

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Expert
  • Up to 6 participants

Data initiatives multiply without a roadmap. Each department commissions its own dashboard, indicators contradict one another from one meeting to the next and nobody knows which definition prevails. Investment in platforms grows faster than actual usage and the value created remains difficult to demonstrate to an executive committee.

This one-day programme operates at decision level rather than technical level. Participants build a roadmap aligned with corporate priorities, select an organisation and governance model, prioritise use cases according to value and feasibility, then structure the measurement of the benefits obtained.

Learning objectives

  • Formulate a data ambition connected to the organisation's strategic priorities
  • Assess the organisation's data maturity and identify its blocking points
  • Select a data organisation and governance model
  • Prioritise a portfolio of use cases according to value and feasibility
  • Build benefit measurement and roadmap monitoring

What makes this programme different

A portfolio of real use cases is prioritised collectively then defended orally
The maturity grid is applied to each participant's own organisation
The usual executive committee objections are prepared and challenged
