Description

The Five Keys to Achievement: Set a Direction, Remove Your Blockers and Deliver on Your Goals

Two days to move from professional projects postponed for months to a plan that is genuinely under way

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Many professional projects remain on hold: a possible career move, a skill to acquire, a way of working to change. The intention is there, but nothing shifts for want of a precise objective, protected time and a method to sustain the effort.

This 14-hour programme structures the approach around five levers: clarity of direction, limiting beliefs, time organisation, relational support and perseverance. Participants work on a real professional project and leave with a dated plan whose first steps are already under way.

Learning objectives

  • Formulate a precise professional objective with a clear deadline
  • Identify the beliefs and habits that prevent you from getting started
  • Break a project down into achievable steps over the next three months
  • Block out the time needed for the first steps in your diary
  • Mobilise useful support within your professional network
  • Put in place a follow-up routine to sustain the effort over time

What makes this programme different

A real professional project worked on from the first module to the last
A dated plan whose first step is under way before the end of the programme
A follow-up partner set up during the session for the weeks that follow
