Description

Personal Leadership: Clarifying What You Stand For and Embodying It

Identify your deeper drivers so you can inspire others without borrowing someone else's style

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Leadership cannot be declared and it cannot be copied. It emerges from the consistency others perceive between what a person says, what that person does and who that person is.

Two days to clarify your values and your own style, work on the levers that mobilise a team and remove the obstacles that blur your message.

Learning objectives

  • Identify your values, your drivers and your leadership style
  • Articulate a vision that is clear and mobilising
  • Develop your presence and relational impact
  • Earn commitment rather than impose compliance
  • Build a realistic personal development plan

  • Self-assessment of your dominant leadership style
  • Strengths to rely on and areas requiring vigilance
  • The balance between authenticity and adapting to context

2Carrying a Vision

Making people want to follow

  • Handling situations where you are publicly challenged

4Mobilising a Team
