Description
Focus: Reducing Interruptions, Sustaining Attention and Completing Tasks
Reclaiming periods of deep work in an environment saturated with constant demands
- 0.43 days — 3 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Notifications, corridor questions, constant switching between files: attention fragments. A task that should take forty minutes stretches across the entire day, and by the evening the dominant feeling is that nothing has actually been finished.
Three hours to understand how attention becomes scattered, reduce avoidable interruptions and organise protected periods of work. You build your own focus protocol during the session and test it on a real case.
Learning objectives
- Identify your main sources of interruption over a typical day
- Distinguish external interruptions from internal breaks in attention
- Organise protected periods of work in your calendar
- Apply a recovery protocol after an interruption
