Description

Time Management: Prioritising, Planning and Delivering on Commitments

Take back control of your diary and fit what truly matters into an overloaded working day

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Overload is rarely solved by working faster. It is solved by deciding better: what counts, what can wait, what can be delegated and what must be declined.

Two days to make an honest diagnosis of your own organisation, adopt proven prioritisation methods and leave with a planning system that holds up when the unexpected happens.

Learning objectives

  • Analyse how your time is actually spent and identify your main losses
  • Distinguish the urgent from the important and arbitrate your priorities
  • Build a realistic and sustainable weekly plan
  • Manage requests
  • interruptions and mental load
  • Decline requests and renegotiate deadlines in an acceptable manner

What makes this programme different

Personalised diagnosis based on a typical week from each participant
Methods tested on the real files participants bring to the session
An individual organisation plan formalised before you leave
