Description
Remote Working: Structuring Your Day, Staying Visible and Protecting Your Energy
Working remotely within a framework that holds, instead of a day that spills over in every direction
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Away from the office, the usual markers disappear: no commute to open and close the day, no visible signals to show that you are busy. Some people scatter their attention while others never switch off. Added to this is the fear of being overlooked in decisions because the work delivered simply cannot be seen.
Two days of virtual training to establish a sustainable working framework: daily rhythm, workspace and equipment, availability rules agreed with the team, visibility of progress and a clear separation between professional and personal life. The programme is delivered in the very conditions of remote work.
Learning objectives
- Organise your remote working day around focused work blocks
- Set up your workstation and working environment
- Agree clear availability rules with your team
- Make your progress visible without multiplying reports
- Maintain the separation between working time and personal time
