Description

Content Production with AI: Framing, Generating and Validating Your Copy

Two hours to produce your business content faster without publishing interchangeable text

  • 0.29 days — 2 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

The website, the professional network feed, the internal newsletter and client-facing fact sheets all need fresh copy. Deadlines keep tightening and content is produced under pressure. Text generated in seconds all reads the same and carries neither the vocabulary nor the arguments specific to your organisation.

Two hours in a virtual workshop to organise fast and consistent content production. You prepare a reusable brief that sets out the audience, the tone and the key messaging. You produce several formats from a single source. You put in place a short validation routine that filters out factual errors and off-message wording.

Learning objectives

  • Prepare a reusable brief setting out the audience, the tone and the key messaging
  • Produce several content formats from a single source of material
  • Adapt the same content to the constraints of each distribution channel
  • Check generated text for substance and form before publication

What makes this programme different

A brand brief written during the workshop and reusable for every production thereafter
The same topic adapted into three formats in under thirty minutes
A pre-publication validation checklist built with the group

Programme

1Preparing Your Brief

What prevents interchangeable text

  • Describing the audience and what it expects from the content
  • Defining the tone and vocabulary specific to your organisation
  • Building a set of reference examples to supply to the assistant
  • Information that must never be shared with the tool for confidentiality reasons

2Producing and Adapting

One source, several formats

  • Turning an internal note into a short post and into an article
  • Adapting length and tone to suit the channel
  • Producing headlines and opening lines in several variants
  • Chaining outputs together without starting from scratch each time

3Validating Before Publication

Accountability remains with the human

  • Spotting fabricated statements and figures that require verification
  • Checking consistency with the organisation's official positions
  • Reviewing wording that could create legal exposure
  • Publication decision and traceability of approved versions

Who is it for

Communication officers, administrative support staff, marketing managers and professionals who regularly produce written content for internal or external audiences.
