Les op\u00e9rations de refinancement de cr\u00e9ances concernent pourtant un large \u00e9ventail d&#039;institutions de la r\u00e9gion, du cr\u00e9dit aux particuliers au financement des entreprises, et leurs risques se logent dans le d\u00e9tail de chaque structure.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ces deux jours posent les fondamentaux : constitution du v\u00e9hicule d&#039;\u00e9mission, cession des cr\u00e9ances, d\u00e9coupage en tranches, cascade de paiements, m\u00e9canismes de rehaussement de cr\u00e9dit et r\u00f4le de chaque intervenant.
