Les co\u00fbts se dispersent entre licences, infrastructures, projets et maintenance, sans que personne ne puisse dire ce que co\u00fbte r\u00e9ellement un service rendu. Les arbitrages budg\u00e9taires se r\u00e8glent alors au rapport de force plut\u00f4t que sur la base de faits.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cette session de trois heures pose les bases du contr\u00f4le de gestion appliqu\u00e9 aux syst\u00e8mes d&#039;information. Les participants construisent un mod\u00e8le de co\u00fbts par service, choisissent des inducteurs d\u00e9fendables et pr\u00e9parent la refacturation interne aux directions m\u00e9tiers ainsi que le
