Une commande mal enregistr\u00e9e, une facture adress\u00e9e au mauvais interlocuteur ou un litige non trac\u00e9 suffisent \u00e0 d\u00e9caler l&#039;encaissement de plusieurs semaines. Les relances se multiplient alors sur des cr\u00e9ances que le client ne peut pas r\u00e9gler en l&#039;\u00e9tat.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ces deux jours partent de l&#039;analyse de l&#039;encours pour remonter la cha\u00eene jusqu&#039;aux causes amont. Les participants construisent un plan de relance segment\u00e9, des r\u00e8gles de traitement des litiges et un tableau de bord permettant de suivre l&#039;effet r\u00e9el de chaque action sur le
