Il \u00e9choue \u00e0 cause d&#039;un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre mal cadr\u00e9, d&#039;une connectivit\u00e9 bancaire sous-estim\u00e9e, d&#039;une reprise de donn\u00e9es improvis\u00e9e ou d&#039;une \u00e9quipe tr\u00e9sorerie d\u00e9j\u00e0 absorb\u00e9e par la production quotidienne. Le d\u00e9marrage glisse et l&#039;outil finit par \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 au quart de ses possibilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ce workshop de trois heures \u00e0 distance parcourt les \u00e9tapes structurantes d&#039;un projet TMS : expression du besoin, choix de la solution, int\u00e9gration au syst\u00e8me d&#039;information et conduite du d\u00e9marrage.
