Les objections apparaissent alors en fin de cycle, au moment o\u00f9 il devient co\u00fbteux de revenir en arri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cette session de trois heures travaille la seule phase de d\u00e9couverte. Elle apprend \u00e0 ouvrir l&#039;entretien en obtenant l&#039;accord du client sur le d\u00e9roul\u00e9, \u00e0 construire un questionnement progressif, \u00e0 \u00e9couter ce qui n&#039;est pas dit et \u00e0 reformuler pour valider avant toute proposition.
