On lui demande d&#039;appr\u00e9cier la solidit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re d&#039;un cocontractant ou de pr\u00e9parer une acquisition, alors qu&#039;il ne lit gu\u00e8re au-del\u00e0 de la ligne du chiffre d&#039;affaires. Le vocabulaire des \u00e9quipes financi\u00e8res lui reste opaque et il renonce \u00e0 poser les questions qui feraient la diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ces deux jours construisent une lecture autonome des \u00e9tats financiers annuels. Les participants parcourent un bilan et un compte de r\u00e9sultat, comprennent ce que les notes annexes ajoutent \u00e0 ces deux \u00e9tats, calculent quelques indicateurs simples et rep\u00e8rent
