Les m\u00e9tiers r\u00e9clament des r\u00e9ponses rapides quand la direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale demande une trajectoire lisible et un budget ma\u00eetris\u00e9. Entre les deux, la dette technique s&#039;accumule et les arbitrages se prennent sans crit\u00e8re explicite.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Ce module \u00e0 distance de cinq heures et quart travaille la posture et les outils de pilotage du DSI. Il traite la construction d&#039;un sch\u00e9ma directeur, la structuration du portefeuille de projets et la gestion du budget informatique.
