The emissions inventory is complete. It sits in a document few people have read and from which no decision has emerged. The main emission categories are identified, but nothing indicates where to begin, what each action costs, who owns it or how its effect will be verified. Leadership expects a trajectory and receives an inventory.

This short workshop starts from the data of the organisation represented. Participants rank emission categories, select realistic levers, translate them into dated actions with a named owner and build a trajectory that leadership can read. They leave with a roadmap and monitoring indicators.

Prerequisites

Participants should have an emissions inventory for their organisation or an estimate of its main emission categories.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
