Artificial Intelligence in Training: Designing, Delivering and Assessing Differently

Seven hours to embed generative AI into the trainer's craft without losing control of the pedagogy

Generative tools have become part of the trainer's daily routine. Two reflexes are spreading: delegating everything to the machine or rejecting it on principle. The first produces interchangeable and sometimes inaccurate materials; the second leaves the trainer outside real productivity gains. Between the two, there are few reference points on what can be handed over and what must not be.

These 7 hours follow the three stages of the profession. Participants rework an existing module from start to finish, use a tool live during a sequence delivered in front of the group, then generate and correct assessment items. Data and content safeguards are addressed using cases brought by participants.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
