Description

Custom AI Assistants: Specifying, Building and Deploying a Business Copilot

One day to move from a generic assistant to a copilot that knows your procedures

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Expert
  • Up to 6 participants

A generic assistant answers general questions well and becomes useless the moment it has to quote an internal procedure, a price list or a business rule. Each department ends up re-typing the same instructions in a corner of the window, with no shared base and no control over what is actually circulated to the teams.

These 7 hours are designed for advanced users. Participants learn to define the scope of a business copilot, to feed it with a controlled document base, to constrain its answers and tone, then to test it and make it available to a team with written rules of use.

Learning objectives

  • Define the scope and limits of a business assistant
  • Build a document base the assistant can actually use
  • Constrain the tone, the format and the refusals of the assistant
  • Test the assistant on real cases before making it available
  • Set the rules of use and update routine for the team
