Description

AI Adoption: Engaging Teams, Removing Barriers and Embedding Usage

One day to turn distributed licences into real and lasting usage across your teams

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Expert
  • Up to 6 participants

Licences have been rolled out to everyone, yet usage remains concentrated among a handful of volunteers. The rest try once, then return to their old habits. Behind this apparent lack of interest there are often concerns about job security, a lack of time to learn and the absence of use cases that genuinely speak to the business.

This 7-hour programme treats adoption as a change management project. Participants identify the different user populations and their sources of resistance, build a support framework based on internal champions, organise skills development and put in place the indicators that reveal actual usage.

Learning objectives

  • Analyse the specific resistance of each population concerned
  • Build a support framework suited to different user profiles
  • Lead a network of internal champions
  • Develop a communication plan that addresses the concerns expressed
  • Measure actual usage and adjust the framework accordingly

What makes this programme different

A mapping of user populations and their barriers, produced for your own organisation
An internal champion network sized during the session
Prepared responses to the most common objections relating to job security
