Description
AI and Public Sector Training: Designing, Delivering and Evaluating New Learning Paths
Using artificial intelligence to design and deliver training that genuinely serves public sector employees
- 0.5 days — 3.5 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Government training units produce learning paths that take a long time to design and attract limited attendance. Content ages between two sessions, practical scenarios are missing and evaluation rarely goes beyond a satisfaction questionnaire. Artificial intelligence tools are seen either as a threat or as a gimmick, for lack of clear use cases.
This three-and-a-half-hour session is intended for those who design and deliver training for public sector staff. It shows where artificial intelligence saves time in design work, where it enriches delivery, and where it must be kept out — particularly in the assessment of individuals.
Learning objectives
- Identify the stages of learning design where AI delivers real gains
- Produce AI-assisted training materials and learning scenarios
- Design practical scenarios adapted to public sector job roles
- Define the uses to be excluded, particularly the assessment of individuals
- Measure the effect of learning paths beyond immediate satisfaction
