Description
Small Public Entities and AI: Assessing Resources, Choosing a Use Case and Securing the Trial
Launch a first artificial intelligence use case with a small team and a constrained budget
- 0.14 days — 1 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
In a small public entity, staff cover several roles at once, the IT budget is limited and no position is dedicated to digital matters. Vendor approaches nevertheless arrive with offers designed for large organisations. The risk is buying a tool before the need has been identified, then abandoning it for lack of time to keep it alive.
This one-hour session offers a realistic entry point. Participants assess the resources they genuinely have, select a first use case that is useful to their team and build the schedule for the first weeks of the trial.
Learning objectives
- Assess the resources genuinely available in time, budget and skills
- List the functions already present in existing software
- Identify the support available from the parent authority and shared services
- Select a first use case suited to a multi-skilled team
- Identify the data that must not be entrusted to an external tool
- Build the schedule for the first weeks of the trial
