Description
Agile Project Management Certification: Structure, Governance and Delivery
Three days to master a governance-driven agile framework and sit the foundation-level examination
- 3 days — 21 h
- In-person or virtual
- All levels
- Up to 6 participants
Executive teams ask for agility while maintaining their governance requirements: contractual milestones, committed budgets and announced scope. Agile frameworks built around a single team do not answer that expectation, and projects remain caught between an iterative delivery method and steering that has stayed entirely conventional.
These twenty-one hours present an agile framework designed at project level: philosophy and principles, phased lifecycle, roles and responsibilities, management products, requirements prioritisation and fixed timeframes. The programme prepares participants for the foundation-level examination sat at its conclusion.
Learning objectives
- Explain the philosophy and principles of the agile framework studied
- Position the lifecycle phases and the deliverables expected at each one
- Assign roles and responsibilities within the project team
- Apply requirements prioritisation and the fixed-timeframe principle
- Prepare for and sit the foundation-level examination
