Description

Artificial Intelligence and Project Management: Automating Tracking, Drafting and Deciding

One day to delegate what can be delegated to the assistant and keep control of decisions

  • 1 day — 7 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Conversational assistants are now available to every project manager. Yet their use often stops at rewording a few messages. At the same time, sweeping promises of fully automated project control circulate freely. Between the two, what is missing is a clear view of what can be delegated and what cannot.

These 7 hours review the project manager's tasks and test them against what the tools can actually do. Participants produce assisted meeting minutes, project charters and risk analyses, then verify every result systematically. Data confidentiality and accountability for decisions are addressed throughout.

Learning objectives

  • Identify the project management tasks these tools can genuinely support
  • Formulate precise requests to obtain a usable result
  • Produce assisted project documents and review their content
  • Assess the reliability of a response and spot plausible errors
  • Apply data confidentiality rules to project information

What makes this programme different

Every use case is tested during the session on participants' own real documents
A verification procedure applied to each result produced
An inventory of the tasks that must not be delegated and the reasons why
