PM²: Phase-Based Project Management – Framing the Project, Delivering Outputs and Governing

Many teams run their projects without a shared framework. Everyone invents their own documents. Decisions get lost in message threads and no one knows who approves what. Conversely, frameworks that are too heavy are abandoned after two projects. What is usually missing is a simple, documented framework that can be transferred from one department to another.

These 14 hours present a project management framework organised in phases, with its governance bodies and standard document templates. Participants take a case-study project from launch to closure, produce the key documents and identify those that can be streamlined. Decision levels and the role of the steering committee are examined in detail.

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
