Description

Women’s Leadership: Building Presence, Influence and Recognition

Speak with authority, negotiate your terms and have your results recognised without downplaying them

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Many women in executive roles report the same gap: recognised expertise day to day, yet interruptions in meetings, achievements credited to the team and requests for advancement deferred. Added to this are self-censorship when a highly visible role comes up and reluctance to claim what has already been earned.

Two days to work on presence, public speaking and negotiation, based on real situations brought by participants. Each participant leaves with a clear way of presenting her track record, identified sources of support and a six-month action plan.

Learning objectives

  • Identify your self-censorship patterns and their triggers
  • Articulate your contribution and results in factual terms
  • Hold your ground in high-visibility meetings and regain the floor after an interruption
  • Prepare and conduct a salary or mobility negotiation
  • Build a network of internal and external supporters

What makes this programme different

The situations worked on are submitted by participants ahead of the session
Speaking exercises are filmed and then reviewed point by point
A dated six-month action plan is drafted at the end of the programme
