Disappointing results from a conversational assistant rarely come from the tool itself. They come from a vague instruction, an imprecise verb, a badly placed negative or a string of requests with no clear order of priority. The quality of the wording directly determines the quality of the answer.

Three hours in a virtual classroom to treat prompt writing as a writing exercise in its own right. Participants learn to choose the right verb, structure their request, make the expected context explicit and rephrase when the response misses the mark.

Organising context, task and format

  • Separating the context from the request itself
  • Specifying the expected format, length and outline
  • Providing an example of what is being sought
  • Setting out the constraints to be respected

3Correcting and Capitalising

Reworking a response that misses the mark

  • Analysing the gap between the response obtained and the expectation
  • Rephrasing through successive additions rather than rewriting everything
  • Proofreading and correcting the text produced
  • Saving and classifying the instructions that work

Practical details

Before the programme
Online positioning questionnaire. Your development objectives are shared with the trainer, who tailors the practical case studies to your context.
Teaching methods
Theoretical input, workshops and practical case studies. Digital course materials and method sheets provided.
Assessment
Multiple-choice tests and role-play exercises. Assessment of learning at the start and end of the programme, with immediate and 60-day follow-up evaluations.
After the programme
One year of access to the e-learning platform. Self-assessment of the skills acquired and a 30-day follow-up session with your trainer.
