Description

Team Performance: Setting Direction, Organising Cooperation and Steering Results

Two days to move your team from a sum of individual contributions to a collective that delivers

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Intermediate
  • Up to 6 participants

Every team member hits their own targets, yet overall results stagnate. Information travels poorly between roles and files stall at the boundaries of each person's remit. Meetings are used to report activity rather than to solve shared problems.

Two days to organise the performance of a collective. You formulate team objectives that make cooperation unavoidable. You clarify roles, interfaces and working rules. You put in place shared indicators and review points that allow you to correct course during the year.

Learning objectives

  • Formulate collective objectives that make cooperation necessary
  • Clarify roles and interfaces between positions within your team
  • Establish working rules with the team that apply to everyone
  • Turn your meetings into steering and problem-solving sessions
  • Track collective performance using indicators the team understands
  • Run a review meeting that leads to concrete adjustment decisions

What makes this programme different

Rebuilding the objectives and indicators of your own team
A set of working rules drafted and tested on real deadlock situations
A complete redesign of your team meeting agenda during the session
