Description
Producing Content with Artificial Intelligence: Framing, Generating and Reviewing
Use artificial intelligence tools to produce faster without losing your brand voice
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
Generative artificial intelligence tools produce text and visuals quickly, but raw output is easy to spot: generic phrasing, claims that cannot be verified, and a tone that belongs to no brand in particular. Teams also hesitate over what they may entrust to these tools and what they should disclose about their use.
Two days to establish a genuinely useful practice: writing precise instructions, building a brand reference base, reviewing and fact-checking, adapting output to different formats, and setting an internal usage framework with the associated disclosures. Exercises are carried out on participants' own live content.
Learning objectives
- Write a precise prompt and obtain a usable result
- Build a reference base that carries the brand voice
- Adapt generated content to web, correspondence and social media formats
- Review and verify content produced by a generative tool
- Define an internal usage framework and the associated disclosures
What makes this programme different
Programme
1Framing Before Generating
Obtaining more than an average text
- Describe the context, the audience and the objective within the prompt
- Provide examples of the expected voice
- Specify a format, a length and a register
- Iterate on a result rather than starting again from scratch
2Brand Voice and Adaptations
Keeping writing recognisable
- Build a base of reference texts for the brand
- Define the words to use and those to avoid
- Adapt a single message across channels
- Produce variations without repeating the same structure
3Reviewing and Verifying
Never publishing raw output
- Identify claims requiring verification and fabricated figures
- Remove empty phrasing and repetition
- Check consistency with the actual offering
- Build a shared review checklist
4Usage Framework
Establishing a sustainable practice within the team
- Define what may be entrusted to a tool and what may not
- Address sensitive data and internal documents
- Specify disclosures and the place of human review
- Organise the sharing of prompts within the team
