Description

Digital Transformation: Framing the Project, Engaging Teams and Measuring Results

Moving from a stack of digital tools to a transformation project genuinely owned by the business

  • 2 days — 14 h
  • In-person or virtual
  • Foundation
  • Up to 6 participants

Many organisations have added digital tools one after another without revisiting the way they work: a showcase website, social media accounts, collaborative platforms and customer files coexist without any coherence. Teams experience change as something imposed on them rather than something they drive, and the expected results are slow to appear.

These two days lay the foundations of a digital transformation approach: assessing current maturity, selecting priority workstreams, leading change and tracking progress through simple indicators. Participants leave with a diagnosis of their own organisation and a step-by-step roadmap.

Learning objectives

  • Assess the digital maturity of your organisation
  • Identify the customer and internal practices to transform first
  • Build a transformation roadmap in realistic stages
  • Involve teams and address resistance to change
  • Track progress using shared indicators

What makes this programme different

A maturity self-assessment is carried out on each participant's own organisation
Workstreams are ranked by effort and expected gain before any tool is selected
A business case addressed to executive management is drafted during the session
