Description
Quality Correspondent and Facilitator: Driving the Approach and Handling Non-Conformities
Two days to take on the quality correspondent role within your department without it consuming your working days
- 2 days — 14 h
- In-person or virtual
- Foundation
- Up to 6 participants
The quality correspondent is appointed within a department in addition to their main role. They become the person who receives documents to update and the one who raises the alarm when a non-conformity occurs. Colleagues often see them as the representative of an external constraint. Without a clear method, they end up formatting procedures that nobody ever opens.
These 14 hours equip the quality relay on the ground. Participants learn to maintain the documents that are genuinely useful to their department, to handle a non-conformity from detection through to verification of the action taken, and to engage colleagues through short facilitation sessions. The programme focuses on performing the role day to day rather than managing the full quality system.
Learning objectives
- Define the scope of the quality correspondent role and its limits
- Update the quality documents genuinely used by your department
- Record and analyse a non-conformity arising within your scope
- Propose a corrective action and verify its effectiveness
- Facilitate a short quality briefing with your colleagues
